Today is the Mother's birthday -- but the gift could be for YOU!
We spent the day running around yesterday because today I'm going to get to Phase 2 of the outside project. (It's her birthday; it's what she wants.) We were stunned by how packed everywhere was yesterday. You'd think there were only a handful of holiday shopping days left instead of nearly 50. Of course, the mother has all of our holiday gifts WRAPPED and almost all of them tagged.(I'm making more tags and it's turned into a joint effort between us.) But ... onto the giveaway!

I have not done one iota of my holiday shopping yet. It seems each year I wait longer and longer. Oh wait! That's not true! Yesterday I happened to buy one little thing for one person and last year right after Christmas I picked up three little stocking stuffers (one each) for the boys.

You know that I am the world's biggest procrastinator when it comes to - well everything! But I have shocked myself and I already have 2 gifts purchased for the holidays! Not sure what has gotten into me lately!

Happy birthday to your mother! I have none of my shopping done, but that's normal. I'm a major procrastinator in every area. I'll get serious about shopping on about December 18.
I officially only have three things left to buy for Christmas. Well, if you don't include the last minute stuff I always pick up that wasn't on my list to begin with, but...you know...... other than THAT. :)

Happy Birthday Mother! My mom's birthday is the 13th! It sounds like our Mom's are a lot alike. Right now her kitchen is torn up... wallpaper down getting ready to do something. (she always is) In case I win I am leaving her email address as I am having surgery on the 12th and will be in the hospital. As for Christmas... No, nothing bought yet. My sister and her fiance aren't coming home for Christmas this year, so we're exchanging gifts over Thanksgiving. Urp.
